I have an Everspring flood sensor. I added it to the home center and it looks to be alright.

But whenever I put the sensor tip in water nothing happens....

Do I have to set some parameters?

Hope someone can help me because a water sensor that doens't detect water is quite useless

The batteries are new, even changed them but doesn't help. Probably broken then... bit strange as it is brand new!
