I have the SSA2 and that works fine.

It's being recognized as a dimmer but can control the 3 different functions by sliding the dimmer to certain points.

  • Thanks for the reply.

The SSA3 is recognized at the same way, but the problem is the signal.

The distance from HC2 is about 5 meters and the nearest sensor is 2 meters.

After some hours of function properly, the siren stops to send commands (Transfer ko) and the state is wrong. (ex. siren off, light off and sound off > state on and set 66).

After some test I've decided to reconfigure all devices from Z-wave Network preferences.

    Now seems it works ok.

    I'll let you know.

    I also use this siren

    Functionality is fine

Remember to change the type. By default, which is indeed recognized as a lamp. This can make for surprises if you turn all lighting on… also the siren will turn on.

I use the siren lights for alerts just set the siren dim level to 20%.

Are there any good icons available?

    Off

    <20% Light Alert

    >30% Light + siren

But the problem is that the siren is not recognized as such.

This means that it is impossible to trigger the siren from the alarm panel as it is not recognized as a siren.

Pity that all the manufacturers are unable to synchronize to the modules operate them. The siren is recognized by the HC2 as a dimmer.
