Anyone knows about any dimmer modules which support energy measure?

It has to work with 2-wire electrical system. I saw Fibaros own dimmer does that but it doesnt have power measure. They say it is on its way, but I can wait no longer if its not just around the corner as they say.

You can "tell" fibaro module what is the maximum power consumption at this light..and then HC2 will calculate the correct value so you can use it almost as energy meter

I hope Fibaro will support that soon.

At the moment only Aeon Dimmer has built in energy meter

OK yeah but only 3-wire design from aeon labs right?

yep, a more precise date would be nice, I also have to buy 10 of them, but I can wait 1 or 2 months.

I have 16 to buy. Quite a few and that makes me forced to wait till the right Product is available since it is a bit of money to change them afterwards.

That's fun, but when I had a Vera, all Fibaro dimmer reported energy measure. Switching to HC2, this feature has disappear.

Notice I didn't set anywhere the total power of lamps connected when I used Vera.

Maybe there is some feature not yet implemented on HC2 ?

    Hello,

Currently our Dimmer module support only Virtual Power metering - which is realized by our Home Center 2 algoryghms. I'm sure that next dimmer version will support full power metering.

Krystian, is there a timeframe where there will be a new dimmer module? 1 month, 2 months 6 months a year?

Your attitude is similar to Apple i think u highly admire their style of work and quest for details. But Apple's rumors live their own live 4-6months prior a reveal of product without a downside for sale of current products...in this logic, you could reveal 'some' info for us
