I must take this opportunity to say that the times I have had questions to support they have always answered the same day. I must say I am pleased to know that they take they're support seriously and for me it is important.

So if they haven't heard it. Thank you for beeing alert and helpful with fast response!

In general, people who say support is bad, is because they don't send mail.

But, they find every time a solutions for my problem.

    Yeah those who say support is bad is those who put something on the forum and wish for an answer.

    Since there is no "Support" part on the forum I guess its they're intention to keep the forums more of an Community than to use it for support.

    So stop complaining and use the support-mail. That way they will get help.

    I have had problems in the past and they supporter me 'till we got the solution.
