How set virtual device to show in my devices (iOS,Android)

How to set the virtual device to show up in my devices (iOS, Android) ?

Installed global cache and can usually control it by computing via the Home Center 2, but I can not even see them among my devices controllable.

You can display them on the screen as smartphone or tablet? Or just by setting scenes?

You must create a scene and there use virtual device.

Now virtual devices can't be show up in iOS or Android.
