It could be related to DNS issues - tonight I realised that you've got some issues with DNS (for example forum address was not available to resolve) and it is not possible to open the website.

Which URL / DNS name is normally used to receive an update? There are some chances that virtual server is not configured correctly (BTW, it is not really serious to use virtual names resolution but share IP with another web site, like
