Hi all,

i've buy fibaro rbg controller but and now i must buy led stripes.

in a datasheet schema i see 12v dc is connect to fibaro modules and stripe ad gnd guide single channel colors.

but i find only rgb stripes wich work with rgb channel to 12v....

there's a specific stripe to buy?

Any RGB strip will be fine.

There are 4 connection cables on every RGB strip

RGB (to the rgb of the fibaro)

and 12v (black or white) to the 12 power adapter. ( Same as the 12 V input as of the fibaro you have to share this)

    GRND is connected via d Fibaro RGBW .

    My ledstrips only have 4 pin

    Red

    Blue

    White

    Green

    So where do I connect the +12V as mentioned in the diagram?

    Your stripe is a RGB one. Not a RGBW one (which have 5 wires).

    The white one is to be connected to the +12V of the power supply, and the Red/Green/Blue ones are to be connected to the Fibaro Module on their respective outputs.

    Then the +12V and Gnd have to be connected to the Fibaro module.

    On some stripes, the white wire is black, but it is still the +12v power input (for RGB stripes !).

    Ohh... you're right... it's RGB.

    I've connected the white wire directly to +12 and now it works like a charm
