Hard reset fibaro FGR221 ?

Hi everybody,

How can I make hard reset on frg221 ?

I have to do it because it only move down and up 10 centimeters ?

If i use a FGR221( and calibrate it ) with a window 140 cm high and want to move it to an other window 210 cm high, how can I make an hard reset and reinitiate it ?

Excuse my poor english I m french...

Hi,

You can :

* remove and re-include the device, all parameter for the positioning should be reseted.

OR

1) Unplug it from the power line

2) Turn on both buttons connected to S1 and S2 (close circuit)

3) Plug power line again (Live should also go to S1 and S2)

4) Wait until your roller blind will go up (or will just click relays if it not connected to any roller blind)

5) Unplug it form Live wire and perform the procedure again.

Within 5 sec. after connecting mains voltage supply, the Roller Shutter Controller allows the user to reset settings by pressing once S1 key and then holding key S2.

What are the correct procedure, my blinds only runs 10s and stops, i am frustrated with zwave, my old x10 devices are running fine.

In the step 5 when says repeat procedure refers to enroll to teh zwave network, or repeat from step 1.

My shutter not make the fully open-close cycle

Hola,

It seems to depend of the kind of stop you have on your rollers.

If the stop is mechanical( in fact mechanical with two switches for the stops ) it works perfectly.

But if the stop are electronical( measuring the increase of current at the stops up or down) it does not work properly .

You can search with google for this issue, I have seen some posts on the subject but I don't remenber where !

I think Fibaro is working on this issue.

I have this issue with two of my 12 rollers.
