Good morning m8's

i have activated the emergency lights in alarm panel and it works almost every time. But some nights, one (not same sensor every time) door sensor get breached without any reason.

How can i check where the problems are? Any log file to inspect deeper?

Little bit annoying to wake up without any reason with lights flashing in the bedroom.

Had the same thing.

Did you only use the double sided tape to fasten the door sensor?

I have the same problem with 1 door sensor form fibaro. i have 5 total. But only 1 give a problem!

    Tips ?

I'ts a small design flaw in the desing of the sensor.

On the back of the sensor, you have a small switch who can detect if the sensor is removed from his support.

This switch is very sensitive and the frame of the sensor is bending with time and then switch open and breach the sensor.

Even fixing the sensor with screws isn't enough...

Well I can confirm it is enough but you need to put the screws in different places than originally intended.

If you use the original screw positions it will still breach indeed.

You need to put one in the middle original screw hole and the other in the slot below where the temperature sensor goes.

This way you secure the part where the bottom tamper switch is.

I've been testing this config on all my door/window sensors and never had a unintended breach anymore.
