I had Vaillant and now Junkers. I have 13 valves with Danfoss termostat. I'm uing heating panel to individually control temperature in each room.

Don't use any relay for the boiler. The best solution is to install a bypass close to the boiler with a return valve to close the flow when all Danfoss thermostat are closed. In this way you protect the pump from overheating. The system works that way that if any fo Danfoss is open there is a drop in return water temperature and boiler start to run. When all Danfoss are closed the water flow isnlimited to a bypass - water get hot very quickly and biler turn off. It works very well for me and does't require any extra scenes or switches co control the boiler.
