Hello have any posibilities, like home center it's linux based, to add a mochad service to manage X10 devices, my old system are X10, but my new modules are z-wave, i need a system to manage two systems.

If it's imposible to add this service, another option it's to use a raspberry like a gateway of mochad, but i don't known if its posible create a virtual device to comunicate with this gateway.

In the roadmap of fibaro are the funcionality to comunicate with X10 devices?

Regards from Spain

Hi macmonty,

Realistically, use Vera3.

X10 support is built-in.

Fibaro could not make major Z-wave devices work properly for years (including their own), it is very brave to expect that they will add X10 or something else

You'll need to buy Insteon PLM, which is able to control X10 and Insteon devices (including EU-specced).

For europe the only insteon control available it's a hub (129€), my desire it's to manage the cm15 interface from Marmitek to manage my x10 devices, the veralite manage this interface by mochad plugin, but in the fibaro i am afraid more simple why it's linux based and mochad are based in her.

    Thanks

    macmonty - forget about Linux.

It is not opened to access (opposite to Vera3 which has fully opened Linux and you can install drivers / create plugins) and Fibaro is not intending to change anything in the foreseeable future
