At this time the FGR221 is not compatible with bi-stable switch with a stop button. In France "Legrand" (a brand) as series of switches called "Celiane" which are used in many houses. this series as only one type of switch for roller blinds that are bi-stable with a stop button.

The stop button is used to stop the roller shutter at the desiderated position. When we close our roller shutter we just push the bottom button and go away. The roller shutter close by itself and the Bottom button stay pushed (bi-stable).

The use case is:

If I go UP with the wall button (Celiane Legrand). The button UP is pushed (normal). I use the box to go down. The RS goes down

But now I push the wall button to go down and nothings happen. I push the middle button and then the down button to make the RS going down. Then if I use the wall button everything is OK. Everytime I pushed the button which is not pushed after a moving the RS with the box then I need to push STOP + Button otherwise nothings happen

A know that you suggest to push the stop button each time we use the roller shutter manually but I do not want to stay beside to it until it is closed or opened!. The goal of the home automation is to simplify the usages. If I stay beside to it I complicate the normal usage.

I suggest that fibaro does an improvement on the module and if possible on the firmware. Firmware update are possible now

The module is compatible bi-stable so it should be compatible with a stop button (stop button comes with bi-stable).

I hope you will understand this need.

This is an example of the switch : *

Monostable is when we release the physical button, it came back in normal position

Bistable is when we release the physical button, it stay in his pushed position.

On this RS switch (Celiane), we push the button and it will stay pushed untill we push on another button ("down" or "stop"), that's what I call bistable.

I've got Schneider Odace RS switch serie on my 7 RS, the motors are with electronics stops so I need to setup the FGR221 with parameter 14 to 1 and parameter 10 to 0 (bistable and no positionning). I've got the same issue than fredblabla : if I act on the module with the wall switch, then with my Vera3 and then with the wall switch again the module, there is no react. I need to push on another button and act again on the wall switch to get it working.

Here are some ref. of my switch (acting exactly like the Celiane one) :
