Hi !

I've just received my stuffs from Fibaro and succesfully added the FGD211 without any issue. However, when I tried to add the door window sensor from the same location as the FGD211 (the HC2 is in my bedroom upstairs), I can't seem to get it included in the HC2. I've tried to reset the unit. The unit itself seems to be working as I can see the blue LED when I unplug and plug the battery back and also when i touched it with the magnet but no matter how many times Ive tried to include it, HC2 can't see it. Is there something I'm missing here ?

For sensors doors FGK101, there is a way to perform self-diagnosis status?? to know the current position.

You have to create a scene in lua??

Can anyone help me create the scene lua

Thanks

I've had the same issue.

I just kept trying and eventually it went through. On one occasion, holding the tamper switch on the back while pressing 3 times worked immediately. Different unit though, could have been a coincidence.

This is still not working. This is not a good first time experience. Paying so much for such a crap experience. There is something flaky about this door window sensor. It's still not working and I'm doing the inclusion process right in front of the HC2. Wtf

Did You hold button on the back of sensor and then pressed 3 times tamper inside? I have had also problems to add door/window sensor to my HC2 but it was becouse I did not know how to do it properly

I had the same experience - then I did the following:

    Replaced cover on sensor

Clicked the button on the back 6 times (not 3) - this resolved it for me.

Correct! automationfan I had the same to include click several time quickly on the back switch.

Remember to include the sensors BEFORE you mount them - once mounted, the "include" button is kept pressed on the back. For the same reason, if you unmount the sensor, you need to buy a very thin 2-sided adhesive tape: if the tape is too thick it doesn't allow the button to be pressed when you mount the sensor..

    Hope it helps
