[Solved] HC2 zwave led blinks continuously and doesn't work

Question

Posted

Hi guys,

suddenly since this afternoon before the update to 3.560 my HC became completly unresponsiveor I might better say not able to transmit any command to any device.

I can log in and I see the devices all the data and the code put to make scenes and similar but I am not able to command anything.

The zwave led is always blinking even after many reboots and restart.

The strange thing is that I have been able to do the update to the last version 3.560 but nothing changed.

All the past backups disappeared and I am not able to do new one.

Any idea?

Thanks

Marco

    Hi Guys,

I don't know exactly what happened but I just tested the responsiveness of Fibaro's support Team.

They are great, I sorted out the problems I had probably due to the polling time set in a led device (is much better to leave it to 0).

About the latest update, again Fibaro is improving faster than the competitor. Great Job!!!!

    Thanks!

    Marco
