Unable to add Fibaro Door/Window Sensor

Hi,

I'm unable to include the Fibaro Door/Window Sensor. I think I've tried everything, I have three and none of them will included.

I've read a lot for forum threads and tried a lot of different include methods.

I'm running the latest beta 3.560, could it be that?!?

Can somebody please help me with this.

Hi

It was the same for me. They were included with an other box (Zibase) so I had to exclude them before. I spent many time before doing the following :

I removed them from their support then I push and hold the external TMP (below) and I click 3 times on the TMP inside the sensor. It worked immediatly for exclusion from the other box and inclusion to the HC2..

Have you tried assembling the device with the cover on, starting includion on the HC2 and then clicking the button on the back six times (or more).

This worked for me!
