    It looks like they want companies to actively use their API. So I think this is a nice opportunity to finalize the Fibaro Heating

    yep, one main thing missign with the heating panel of the HC2 is that it's acting like a rough mechanical thermostat.

    On a real thermostat like the nest, you can say "I want 20° at 6h40" an the nest, after some time will understand that your house takes 35 minutes to rise the temp from 18° to 20° and will start your heater at 6h05

    One other thing is that a real thermostat takes into account the inertia of your heating system. this means that when a heater is turned off, the hot water in your system will continue to raise the temp... cutting the heater when the temp is at 20, will give you a temp at 21° 15 minutes later. So a real thermostat is cutting off the heater before the goal temp is reached and is starting the heater before the temp fall too much.
