Hi All

It is the first time I have to change a battery for a FGK.

So I changed it but the battery icon is unchanged (red) since a few hours.

So I read the documentation and I didn't find any specific recommandation for changing the battery except the following :

In order not to trigger an alarm when replacing the battery, II-nd association group must be deleted and the Sensor's configuration must be changed to default, prior to the battery change.

I do not have any associations so I understand it does not concern me !!!

What should I do with my FGK to take into account the new battery ?

Thanks and regards

David

after battery change wake up device

I had the same experience.

In what way should we be "waking up the device" once the battery is changed?

Should we keep the door open after changing the battery and then do this wake up process?

Thanks.

A more accurate procedure would be appreciate. The documentation doesn't specify anything regarding the change of the battery. Even the waking up is not specified !!! doors open or not, external tmp hold or not, etc...

In my case, I finally exclude the sensor and I include it. It was impossible to waking up the sensor (TMP hold and 3 clicks on the internal TMP didn't wake up my sensor)

I see a lot of discontent with this sensor mainly beacause of the documentation that is not comprehensive

    Thanks

    David
