Hi.

I want to associate a FGD211 with a Düwi remote.

How do I set the FGD211 in association mode? (Without use of a master.) I can not find anything in the manual.

Hi Morten,

Which Duwi remote control are you using?

It sounds like you want to use the remote to control the dimmer by direct association, without a central controller (such as HC2).

If that's the case you normally do not put the FGD in association mode, you first add the dimmer to the remotes's network and then create the association.

This should be in the Duwi's instructions. If you let me know which Duwi, I can probably help you.

    Hi Mark.

Both dimmer and remote is on my Homeseer net, but Homeseer doesn’t understand the remote. Hence I have to do it this way.

It's the Duwi ZW FB 10, and I have figured it out.

    Thanks for you help.

Yes, you make the association just like adding the dimmer to the network.

    Glad you sorted it out.
