Question

Hi

I have a problem with few Danfoss Thermostats. There is still information "waiting for connection". They were addad near HC2 and then moved in current location. Inthese same rooms are other Fibaro devices, even battery operated.

Any solutions. Does anybody tried for example connecting two antennas on long wires on different floors.

Hi

My house have very large walls (40cm) and I don't have any problem with my danfoss although I was skeptical... but it works very well for all of them

You are saying that there are more battery operated devices in the room... Are there any non-battery operated devices? Because only the device with a real power supply extend the range of the battery powered devices.

The battery operated are only "end nodes"

I added mine in location so have never tried moving them in the network. I would not expect it to work very well.

You might try putting HC2 back in add and waking the thermostats by pressing middle button. Sometimes works.

  • Yes, in the same rooms are one 2x1,5kW modules and one door/window sensor.

make a LUA scene and try running this:

    --[[

    %% properties

    %% globals

    --]]

    if (fibaro:countScenes() > 1) then fibaro:abort() end;

    local id_device = 1

    fibaro:call(id_device,'requestNodeNeighborUpdate')

    fibaro:debug('Rediscover all nodes')

    fibaro:sleep(5000)

    kubeksrubek,

You will have to wake all sleeping devices for this to work... good luck
