Question

Guest LaMax

Hi, I've buy some devices from Vision Security.

I've bought a shock sensor

and a motion sensor

Please login or register to see this link.

The shock sensor works in HC2 last firmware, but seems that the tamper won't work.

The Motion Sensor (PIR) won't work at all, i have two of this.

The first issue is in association with HC2, after press the add device button on HC2 and inserted battery in PIR, the HC2 seems to recognize the sensor, but after that i can't do anything, neither remove the device.

Anyone has this kind of problem?
