How to get notified if there is a power loss

Hi, it's possible to get notified it there is a power loss?

I have the HC2 connected to a standard UPS, no USB no other signal OUT.

Wich sensor i have to use to know if i had a power loss?

It's possible to log this entry?

Use a wallplug and check the power usage - scene with a trigger.

However be aware that if WP goes Dead it reports 0Watts as well.

JohnnyC i've your project but I have to buy another UPS because my have no external signal, or i can't understand what you done.

Use simple relay(power ON raw) and connect its NC contact with universal sensor(power it with UPS).

When power goes off, relay goes off, NC contact will close and make a input trigger to uneversal sensor.
