Hello,

I have a HC2 with two fibaro FGK-101 door sensors. The first one I added and it was found and included propely after a few tries. The second one I can add but HC2 does not understand what kind it is and it does not work.

On the home screen in HC2 it says not configured. I tried to click reconfigure under Device/advanced and after that it says waking for wakeup but nothing happens. I have also tried pressing the sensor button to wake it up and also tried open and close the door.

I have included the sensor and excluded it many times but cannot get it to work.

Anyone have some advice on how to get the device included properly?

Thank you and best regards

Håkan

Just wait.

I have 6 door sensors.

2 of them just don't want to include. After 20-30 inclusion/exclusions just started.

It's random.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your advices!

I have now successfully included the device after many tries. The only thing I did differently was that directly after it was included a popup window appeared with information that battery powered devices should be waked up. I then pressed the include button on the sensor three times again and it worked. Have no idea if that was the trick or if I was just lucky.

    Hello

    No, you are not lucky

/emoticons/default_icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" /> it is the way to wake up this sensor

But that's right this sensor is very capricious...

Many tries are often necessary with sensors with battery...
