AEONTEC Keyfob doesn't wake up

Hi,

I am running 3.571 but I can't add any aeotec key fobs anymore. I successfully add them, but.... I can never wake them up. I am already busy for 2 hours now and tried it several times(resetting the key fob etc). I see several posts on this forum with problems with HC2 en this device. When I add this key fob to my homeseer testenvironment it works directly. Is there a problem with this device in 3.751 or HC2?

Or has somebody a manual to add this device correctly now?

incredible..... come on Fibaro. With such a great product, why suddenly with updates things doesn't work anymore? I have bought a new AEOTEC keyfob, do I need to return it and find an other solution?
