hi, I would like to ask if advisable in fibaro relay to used the earth ground terminal as a nuetral combine with live wire become 110 volt supply to power up the relay to work?  Do you think its possible?

Protective earth and neutral must not be mixed or connected. They serve different purposes. Mixing them can lead to injury or death. If you don't have a neutral, you must get one. That has nothing to do with the fact that the relay works with 110 Volt. It does. It is in the manual.
