iPHone app IO7 no control of Fibaro Wallplug

Question

Posted

I have a ipHone 5 with iOS7 and the latest version of the iPhone app Fibaro.

When i go to Rooms and chose Living room, I see the 2 Wallplugs.

However, I can not switch the lights ON or OFF via the app.

I only can change the order of the wall plugs in the screen.

Does someone has the same problem?

Or someone has the solution to solve my problem (ig, do I something wrong?)

Regard

Marc

Hello. I have the same problem. I can see the wallplug in my iPhone app and I can turn it off (by clicking on the icon of the wallplug, I don't have an on- and off-button), but I can't turn it on.

Does anyone have any idea why this is?

Regards,

Fredrik

I found out how it works. Initially I didn't inderstand that the wall-plug image was a button. I thoght it was suppose to be an on and an off-button.

Sorry about this and thanks for the reply.

    @b.krecmer,

    sorry for this late response.

I see all the wall plugs.

I see the status of all the wall plugs.

But I can not switch the wall plugs ON or OFF via the iPhone app.

Via the iPad app, I can switch ON and OFF

    Regards

    Marc

But, from what I understand, you don't have an on/off-button in the iPhone-app as you do in the iPad-app. You just click on the image of the wall-plug in the app and it changes to the opposite state, i.e if it's on it turns off and if it's off it turns on. You can see the image light upp slightly when you turn it on.

    I hope this helps.
