Two problems I have found so far:

A) Cannot log out from HC2 when using remote access. It means I cannot change between users

B) Updates or "Force update" do not work when activated from remote access.

C) If using older soft version than 3.580 then arm/disarm buttons are not visible from home.fibaro.com

It seems home.fibaro.com has connection issues. I cant access any of the HC2-s right now remotely.

I have one problem

i try to upload a virtual device:

I have the error message:

"Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request POST /api/importVirtualDevice.

Reason: Error reading from remote server"

I go through a proxy, and I do not know if the error message comes from me or you.

But this is not a usual message from my proxy ...

an idea?

    Hi A.Socha, nice work.

It almost work on my Windows phone en tablet!

    I have some tips:

    1. The url

Please login or register to see this link.

give a security warning on the IPAD, because the username en password are inside the url!

    2. The url

Please login or register to see this link.

don’t work in Microsoft IE because the username en password are inside the url!

    3. The url

Please login or register to see this link.

don’t work on the Microsoft phone because IE on the phone remove username en password inside the url! So I get a nice screen with Fibaro mobile, but I can’t use it because I didn’t login

    4. The url

Please login or register to see this link.

has the wrong language “pl”, in my case it must be “nl” (when I change it manual its work fine)

    5. Can you store the username and password inside standard username en password reminder future of the browser, instead of inside the url? Other option is put it on the end of the url like ?name=admin?password=1234

    Thx, Herke

I understand this choice for security reasons.

But would not it be possible that it is an option?

Now he'll have to mount a remote access in order to work remotely.

I am on HCL and have already reported in another thread (

Please login or register to see this link.

) that remote access is not working for HCL users either (especially in the early morning hours until 9:00 a.m. CET) which I don't understand..... Why is remote access not working in the early morning but for the rest of the day???
