Hi,

I use one of these on my freezer with parameter 1 set to active.

The freezer draws around 160W on super as measured by the plug.

I set parameter 70 to 200W.

A few hours later it tripped off.

Great function but how do you calculate the best setting.

I am guessing while the plug showed 160 this is based on RMS and due to the power factor the trip correctly worked.

Is it as simple calculation on the approx phase shift and safety factor up. So assume a power factor of .5 set to 360 (2*160 + some)?
