Lua code for getting values from Plugwise Smile

Question

Posted

Can some help me a hand by pointing out how to retrieve the Plugwise Smile values in my HC2 with some Lua code clips?

Thanks to all the posts in relation to the Phlips Hue system (great work!), I'd managed to copy-paste some Lua codes to control my Hue devices. To be honest I am not really into the programming but by controlling my Hue devices, I believe it should be a small next step to read out values and control other IP devices in my home LAN.

I would like to understand Lua in more detail by working on some pragmatic solutions and take it from there. So, please reach out if you can help me a bit.

Thanks in advance.

Thijs

Start by figuring out how to request only the values in your browser. When you know that, the rest is easy.

Anyone has a plugin or virtual device by now?

I'm not sure if this is still wanted, but Robbshop has a virtual device:

It works only with presets so no set point. Also the measurements are not available (indoor & outdoor temperature, lux, boiler temp etc), but it's a start.
