/emoticons/default_icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> , everything works perfectly except flood sensor module.

Here is what I have already done :

- Inclusion ( does not work on the first attempt unlike other modules Fibaro or other)

- After Inclusion the box configure the sensor but the widget does not have buttons Arm and Disarm, I also have the temperature widget.

- When the configuration is finish I triggers the sensor with a small puddle of water.

- The sensor BIP , Blink in Blue/White but nothing happens in the widget. ( as if there was no comms between the sensor and the box ).

- Finally I test the validity of the Zwave network thanks to the function of Flood Sensor, the result is bad, red dimming, though the module is 5 meters from the box.

I tryed this operation more than ten times, without success

For the no communication: First try to exclude it again. Then take out the battery and place it back, reset the Flood sensor. Then re-include it. Just close the cap now and wait for 1 or 2 minutes.

See what happens then when you trigger it. If it still doesn't work. Try to opens the flood sensor and trigger the tamper button 3 times fast. Do you see any "Transfer oke" in the Home Center just under the flood sensor?

Do you still have problems with Flood Sensor? The alarm state of the sensor is caused by tamper intrusion. If you look inside the user manual there are 2 sources of tamper - one from opening the case (triggering the Button-Tamper switch) and one movement/position tamper. You just have to close the sensor cover and put it away waiting for reconfiguration/wakeup event (can take about 1.5 hour depending on configuration)

OR You can close the cover, put it on a wet towel to trigger the flood alarm, then take it gently off the towel trying to keep it horizontal all the time (remember about the movement tamper).

In HC2 it should be now everything ok.

    Sir,

If the sensor alarm was off in Home Center 2 and not greyed (device not in range and has got communication problems), that equals normal communication was established. I have no clue why in the interface You can not see flood alarm action.

    The steps I recommend:

    1. Be sure that HC2 has secure antenna connection, try to screw it more till You find resistance.

    2. Please take away both the HC2 antenna and flood sensor away from metal surfaces (if it is like that now)

    3. Flood sensor must be added to the HC2.

    4. If above conditions are met, turn the range finder feature on Flood Sensor and if possible take a slow walk (especially when the light is not constantly green) from HC2 to the destination location.

If even close (2-3m) to the HC2 range is poor (yellow blinking and red colour) please contact Fibaro Support and describe them all the issues. I am sure that they will help You.

    Have a Happy New Year!
