Yes I think you can use switch or dimmer.

But that is very nice touch screen. Maybe better to buy one before and test.

These switches don't give potential free terminals, Fibaro relay can not know if switch is ON or OFF position. As these switches always take small current from the load(ON or OFF) to operate the touch switching.

If touch switch has neutral connection and gives potential free contacts, it will work. These switches don't work.

Interested in how the use of the Fibaro Bypass works - do they pass a small amount (25W) of current from the live connection back to the Fibaro and Livolo?

From what I've seen, the 2-way Livolo switches work by passing A and B wires to the Intermediate switch. I can't figure out how the diagram works as a 2-way.

Also, using the Dimmer 2 and the Bypass 2, what would it look like?  I guess I could still use the old Bypass as it's serving a different purpose here.

hey guys, good news, it is all working now. It needs to use new Livolo potential-free switches, but it can be done without any issues. See our blog and video here:

I dont see Livolo producing "potential-free switches". The closest one is Livolo curtain switch (LV-C702W, 2 buttons). Can you point me to the right switches or suggest any other manufacturer who works with Fibaro switches?
