DSD37 - Repeater AEON Labs

I just bought a repeater DSD37 from AEON Labs, I included it to my network, but not sure if this one work or not.

Do you know if this module is compatible with HC2 ?

Yes it works. I have two of them

I thought any main-powered devices would act as a repeater. What is different with this device?

In my case, it seems that they cover more distance. Even there is no outside antenna, it seems to work better. I use two of them to cross a building and go to a next one, and it works.

It's also a bit cheaper than other real devices.

But it's still a bit opaque and difficult to understand the real route of the z-wave signal
