is it possible to use a fibaro plug to see what you're current power usage is?

with use of a zwave power clamp

example:

0-500 watt green

501- 100 orange

4500-5000 red zone

i do not own a fibaro plug or zwave powerplug yet, first i like to know if it's possible

to change the color manualy

    i want to use wall plug for color only, not to measure power
