WARNING! In case of update from old version, v1.x, after that update all users will be deleted. Admin password will be reset. Also all devices will be automatically reconfigured to work with new system architecture. Reconfiguration progress will be shown in pop-up window.

This update can last longer than previous. If this update lasts longer than 30 minutes, please go to main HC2 address (e.g. 192.168.0.1).

If "System temporarily unavailable" text will appear during update, please wait - you will be redirected to the main page when all services start.

Anyone knowes what has happen and what i can do to solve it

The update did execute according to my expectations. The question I have at this time is about the firmware update of my RGBW modules. It seems that the behaviour of the device is correct until now (previously it did corrupted network traffic when under heavy load, e.g. turning on all lights to max, controlling other devices whithout being reqeusted as such).

Now my questions:

- At what stage of the HC2 upgrade the module gets updated?

- What is het new firmware version?

- What happens if I downgrade the HC2, does the module gets downgraded, do I have any possibility to resore if new problems occur?

- Will newly added devices be upgraded automatically?

Some issue very strange, I Have 3 Secure SRT321, since I have upgraded to 3.580 they don't change the temperature even if the Heating pannel are correctly configured.

You have to push the power button in HC2 once and let it shut down. Then push it again and it will works again.

Hope in a fix soon! That's a big issue!

I have tryed that, restarted several times but everything was very slow and nothing was visible of what i have in the system, so went in to recovery mode, and went back on a earlier backup, which came up good, but then i updated to 3.580 again, and then the same problem one more time...

I have found out the editing scenes doesn't work with internet explorer 9.

It only displays a selection between nlocks and LUA when trying to edit an existing LUA scene.

Also, the setting "Do not allow alarm to stop scene while alarm is running" displays diffrently in ie9 and chrome, see attached images.

These two images represent the same, existing scene, when viewed in IE9 and Chrome.

I have the same problem. IE9 can't be used anymore for scene editing with R3.580. Mozilla Firefox works OK.

There is another improvement that does break the functionality in my scenes.

Writing a global variable does update the global "last write timestamp" at each write. Since the update this seems only the case if the value changes. Why this change in behavior????? Simply storing sensor active status in a global variable does not provide perfect timestamping anymore. I can work around, but it is less clean....

All the options are working fine in my have loaded HC2

Only some error logs that some devices don't exist.

Hope this can also be fixed soon.

Hi,

I have different issue, after the upgrade to 3.580, some of my devices: RGBW, FGS211, FGFS101 on 12V power and Danfoss valves go dead or into panic mode. I never had this issue with previous versions of your software. What is surprising all of these are powered devices (except for Danfoss) and there were absolutely no power failure during that time.

HC2 reports stable uptime of 3d, 18hrs which is basically time since update. Are there any known issues, or is the anything I can do to bring stability back to my system.

I have the same issue - MainLoop stops processing after a seemingly random amount of time.

Introducing a sleep makes it last longer, but it still fails eventually.
