Problems with door sensor FGK101

Pretty new to Fibaro, I got a HC2 and some wall plugs that work flawlessly. Really cool.

I also got a door sensor, but that is a little pest... Does not work.

It says in the HC2 gui (3.571) that the device is configured, version 2.1.

I have tried removing and including, then it works for some time. Problem is that in order to include I need to hold it very close to the HC2, so I need to remove the battery to screw it to the door post. After that, it works very occasionally. But after some 24 hours it is dead again.

Measured the battery, it is ok.

I have read some posts about this and tried various steps, but haven't found any solutions.

Maybe it is defective after all.

Any tips from the forum, please help...?

Have you tried checking "Auto configuration of battery operated devices" under "Configuration" -> "Z-Wave Network" ?

Thanks for the quick tip skoTner! That checkbox was not checked, done that now.

Status for the door sensor is Waiting for Wakeup. Tried Wake up call from the gui, no good.

Tried opening/closing, the blue led indicates that this is recognized by the sensor by flashing once for each operation. No change in the gui however, door icon still frozen in opened state. Removed sensor lid, led flashes rapidly but no breach indication in gui.

Do I need to do something else?

Go to advacnce settings, click Reconfigure. Wakep the device with in 60 sec.
