Hello everyone , i am using fibaro relays for my whole office, all devices are working properly at first time, after few days it's keep on working cant able switch off or switch on again in both manual switch and fibaro interface,

then,

i trouble shoot it by knocking the device or touch the reset button its started working properly

in every week the same problem coming to my office in any one room.

can anyone please help me to not get the problem again and make the device properly working for all days.

Its is because of high inrush current during switch ON. Use surge current limitter(NTC Thermistor 5ohm) in series with the load to minimise the problem.

I agree with zwaveindia... but if you have an inductive load it could be a different problem and a different solution. For now, I suspect that isn't the case and you have capacitive loads like LED or switched mode power supply... What is your load exactly?
