Or even worse: they will collect user data of what you're doing in your bedroom. Which is fine up to a certain point, but you shouldn't forget to clear your thermostat's cache if you dragged somebody other than your girlfriend in there...

On a more serious note. This shows that also the big IT-companies are taking domotics very serious. I believe Apple is also working on devices, although I haven't seen any physical proof of any of them yet. Seems like these companies are preparing for battle...
