There is any Virtual Thermostat for Fibaro?

Question

Hi,

I recently made the decision to change my Vera Lite for a Fibaro HC2 mainly because the Vera was not responding very well to the grouth of my system.

I'm in the process of changing the sensors to the HC2 but I still have to find a solution for control the temperature in several bedrooms and main living room.

With the vera I used an APP called "Smart Virtual Thermostat" that could create several virtual thermostats for each room: termomether + mains actuator (connected to an electric heater.

The system could start and stop the electric heater (everspring an1582) in each room in order to maintain the temperature in the room using the information of each local termomether (Everspring st814) and the variation of the temperature outside the house: preparing the system to in advance responde to the variations of the outside temperature and learning from the room thermical behaviour.

You can get more info here:

There is any similar solution for HC2?

Best regards,

Pedro Viana

Yes, it's called "Linked devices", and you can find it in Panels -> Linked Devices -> Linked Devices - Heating

There you can associate one temperature sensor to a switch, and then control this "virtual thermostat" through Panels -> Heating Panel.

It worked well, but it has a strange behaviour:

    - In the webrowser management console it all looks the same and there are no new devices associated to any room; but

    - In the Mobile APP theres a new device, a thermostat like I thought it would happen in the webbrowser.

    Who knows...

    Thanks,
