Iphone Remote access

Good evening to all

I installed V2.1 on my iphone. ( HC2 V3.58)

When I am in WiFi, I can connect without problem to the HC2 but 3G can not connect me "connection error". The login and password to home.fibaro.com are correct.

Has anyone a solution?

I had the same problem and sent to Fibaro support and they informed me that they allow only one session remotely so it means you can connect either on your computer using home.fibaro.com or your mobile , but you can't do both at the same time

I don't think that's all, I just logged in using the browser. Disconnected and then still can't login using the iOS app. No response from the support yet.

Yes , it happened with me too , kill the iphone app , refresh data and try again , it takes sometime
