And it's still slow... I think the problem comes from the energy consumption panel in the app.

It needs to load a lot all energy consumption data which makes it slow.

@Remcoploeg what kind of iPad do you use? I have a iPad 3.

Yesterday I tested the system with a iPad Air and the app did respond fast.

I think older iPads can't handle the Fibaro iPad app because the iPad needs to process a lot of data.

I had the same thing with the iPhone 5 of my girlfriend. I also have the iPhone 5 and it was way quicker...

Yesterday i checked the slow start-up and i noticed that i had the wrong ip address filled in under settings --> Choose HC2

The weird thing was, even with the wrong ip the app connects, but really slow

It's not the connection time what is slow, but the use of the app itself is really slow.

If I turn off a light with my iPad, I have to wait 20 seconds before the light goes off.

When I reset my energy panel to 0 - the app works fast again

Hello,

I will check it tomorrow with our developer team.

Yes, the ipad app is really slow. I have done a complete recovery in december and when I had 6 or 7 devices in the system with no energy measurement the ipad app was fast. Before the recovery it was also slow. Now with many devices and many figaro wall plugs it is not usable slow.

When I select a room I have to wait more ten 10 seconds.

I you say reset your energy panel, what do you mean so I can test it as well. I think you have pointed Fibaro in the right direction. It is not a hardware (ipad speed) issue.
