Problem with FGD-211 and connect before transformer 220V

Problem with FGD-211 and connect before transformer 220V after he convert to 12V to LED lamp. I have connect dimmer on this install screen has attached, but when I click on HC2

OFF dimmer I see flashing lamp then blink all time. When I click to

ON dimmer I see good ON lamp work. But in Offline it blink every time.

Please help me, have any idea to config dimmer, or this dimmer not supported

transformer/converter 200V to 12V ?

Can you add different Neutral cable? The problem is that Dimmer needs power and if you installed it 2wire way then there is always small current running through lights.

Another option could be the bypass.

Please use Neutral wire and try to modificate parameter 20 for higher values.

The only "real" fix is to get an electrical installer to provide a N in the Connection box.
