HC2 late command execute from my Android phone

I am facing unique problem with my HC2.

though its very difficult to explain my problem.let's try.

I have 2 router 1. I ball & 2. TP-Link

when i connect my HC2 to TP-Link router then the command send through my android (samsung S2) execute 30 to 40 sec. late. and this is the case with my phone only. it works fine with other phones.

And same HC2 when I connect to My i Ball router it works fine.

there is no internet connection on the Tp-Link router.

Kindly suggest something.
