I've got a traditional wired door bell on my house, which i'm looking to replace with something I can connect up to my HC2.

I've seen the Everspring UTSE03A door bell set which doesn't look very pretty.

Has anybody constructed a way to use any old door bell with a relay switch or something else which doesn't require batteries?

So it seems the Fibaro Binary Sensor is a favourite from DIYers.

You can use universal binary sensor for door bell.

Buy any Door bell (AAA cell operated ) it comes up with two wire terminal when you shot terminals bell rings.

Connect these two terminals in the output 1 of univarsal binary sensor and

Connect red and blue terminal to Positive and negative terminal of any DC power supply (9V to 30V)

another blue and yellow terminal to the monostable switch(Door Bell switch). and your done.

Configuration:

include Binary sensor to z wave network. There will be 2 motion sensor and a master module. Now you have to check which is IN1 motion sensor. this can be check by pressing door bell switch so that the IN1 motion sensor get safe or breached.

Now go into the setting and add notification that when ever Motion sensor safe send notification.

Hope you got it...
