Hi

I have ongoing issues (support helpful but yet to resolve) with slow response to everything (takes from 60 seconds to few minutes) for zwave commands to be registered and devices state changed.

This is to long! And something is I presume causing zwave traffic issues.

Can we please have access to such a log? (We know it exists)

Surely it can't do any harm? HC2/API/Zwave.log. etc or similar would be ideal

Please.

Did you try to increase the polling time interval in the zwave network settings?

There is a way to get access to a z-wave log screen, but you need to have root access to your HC2. I f you don't have root access then Fibaro should make some logscreen in the Web UI in (near) future updates.

I surely like to have some kind of debug possibility in the web UI... More users did asked for it.

Hello,

Thank you for the feedback - we will discuss it.

GlennNZ, please check if you do not have any unconfigured devices (especially battery operated). Also please check if you do not have any range issues - you can do it using plugs.

Many thanks for the reply and even more thanks if do allow log access! Would enable far more useful user-user support via forums I'm sure. Personally I can't see negative for Fibaro.

Re: my issues- May be some range issues as one device is probably at extreme of range.

Unfortunately no wall plugs for AUS as yet so unable to check range
