Another solution to create graph/see history of any device

Hello,

Instead of installing additional server localy, there is a possibility to use cloud plateforms to log any type of value and represent them on graphs.

I've try 2 plateforms :

It's working quite well, from virtual devices.

It's the same principle for the 2 : create your account and than create one or multiple feed/channel there.

Those solutions are not perfect (especially to navigate in past data), but they are free and simple and solve a lack in the fibaro plateform (it's a paid option on Zipabox).

Sample code for ThingSpeak (I use a slider in LUA to define the time between 2 post.

In the mean time, I've move to Emoncms.org, it's much more powerful

do you have an script example for using Emoncms ?

Emoncms is a bit more complex : you have to create first inputs (the interface to HC2) and after transform inputs into feeds (on the plateform). You can find doc on the site.

I managed it for my HC2.

A little bit more complicated to configure/understand than ThingSpeak but much better.

Do you managed it to put a link to the grap on a button of the virtual module ?
