Notification problem ?

Is it only me who Got that problem ?

Since this morning i dont receive notificatons any more?

    My notifications also stopped.

    But I noticed that my iPhone re-registered itself, see access control panel. I removed all iPhones/iPads and waited till they registered again by starting the Fibaro app. I had to change the notification ID (from 2 to 84) in all lua scripts and select the right phone in the block scripts. Then it all worked again.

    Is there anyone who knows why this happens? I suspect that the system software update from the iPhone/iPad is responsible. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? It is not funny to have to change all scripts that use notification.

    I still have to change the scenes.

    Just want to know if this is really the problem before reporting it. If it is I will change the notification ID to a variable. Then i only have to change the variable the next time.

    No response from the support.

    I simply deleted all my Ios devices, and re-added them.

    And then i changes all my scenes, that solved my problem.

    I have the same problems both with notifications and e-mails that suddenly stops working and with Fibaro support not replying.

    By deleting the iOS devices, adding them again and then selecting them again in all scenes the push notifications started working. E-mails however still do not work. (Any idea somebody?)

    This is a serious bug, notifications and e-mails are a crucial part of the system for alarms and events. Fibaro: what are you doing about this recurring problem?

    My notification has stopped working again today. I am not sure why. All notifications were working this morning but not now. I am getting quite fed up with the unstability with this important feature.

    pathduck if this problem will occur again please make sure the basic requirements are met:

    -HC must have access to the internet, make sure it does by simply changing state of your devices via home.fibaro.com

    -check if your mobile device is added to HC and checked in access control panel, send a push notification when in local access mode

    -make sure notifications are enabled

    -check if notifications work for other e-mail address

    If it does not work please contact our support team: [email protected]

    i can confirm after trying all of the above that notifications are not working. I will contact support. Are anybody else experiencing the same?

    pathduck, as far as I know the problem was the special signs in names of notifications. In the future please do not use special signs in interface.

    Yes that is correct. I was using some Norwegian letters

    amoscaceca, you try pushing the notifications manually? perhaps the apple server were down.
