Beta version is designed for user testing and soon will be released as official.

WARNING! In case of update from old version, v1.x, after that update all users will be deleted. Admin password will be reset. Also update to Beta software all devices will be automatically reconfigured to work with new system architecture. Reconfiguration progress will be shown in pop-up window.

This update can last longer than previous. If this update lasts longer than 30 minutes, please go to main HC2 address (e.g. 192.168.0.1).

If "System temporarily unavailable" text will appear during update, please wait - you will be redirected to the main page when all services start.

Mobile apps fully working with this version:

- iPhone app - version 2.1.1 (available on the App Store),

- Android phones app - version 1.3 (available on the Google Play),

- iPad app - version 1.2 (available on the App Store).

How do I update to any version?

I don't have an upgrade button...is there firmware download link?

On Configuration Tab there will be a bottom section with an Upgrade button whenever there is a new version available. For the Alpha in another thread you need to send MAC and Serial# and you will then receive an individual upgrade link for your system.

backups are OK, you have to do full recovery to get back latest stable version.

Or do i need to downgrade (recovery) to 590 in order to be able to upgrade to the next stable when it's released?

Hi Peter, you can always upgrade from HC2 betas to the next stable,

be careful if you have a lot of devices and hard config, betas sometimes are unstable and disruptive.

In case of big problem, to downgrade, you have to restore from 0 your HC2 and upgrade step-by-step to 590 then reload your last 590 backup.

I do the Update 3.591 end now i do NOT can see my webcam,,foscam fi8918w,, in remotte acces. locali access i see the webcam end i can move the cam. when in do the remote access with my work laptop or my iphone in another network i do Not can see my webcam. Any idea ?????? Can i do the downgreate to 3.590???????

My motion sensors from Fibaro false trigger at least once a day and stay breached until movement ist detected. Obviously the Z-Wave Network is on overload which will be fixed in V4.x. Since this update is probably MONTHS away I wonder if anyone else is having this issue.

What do you do?

I hate false alarms at night!
