Internal location based Mobile App

Question

Hi, In these days i'm thinking at a solution that automatically pop out the right House section in the fibaro App based on my position, for example:

If i go to the kitchen the app knows that and show me all the z-wave device and scenes related to my kitchen, like turn on coffee machine, dishwasher, the electric consume of the fridge, etc.

then i went to bedroom and i got the screen of the device and scenes of my bedroom.

To make this possible, i think we have to use the ibeacon technology like Estimote:

Please login or register to see this link.

By putting a "beacon" device in each room and modifying the Fibaro app with the estimote api, we could have the perfect smart remote controller.

It will be great for me.

What do you think?

Fibaro People, is it possible? have you another idea to make this possible?

Thanks.

Interesting indeed. Might be more accurate then a motion sensor. only it should be possible to build a beacon into the wall, out of sight.

Yes, because motion sensor doesn't recognize you, but everything that moves in the house, like a pet for example.
