I have 3 smoke sensors en 1 flood sensor, with a scene i got a email and alert when once of the sensors are breached.

Last night one of my smoke sensor was breached without fire or high temperature. i didn't hear a beep from the sensor.

Today i got out of the blue flood sensor alerts, i checked the flood sensor, but no water and no sound (beep). i tested the flood sensor and then it starts to beep.

I don't know what what is happening here, i restarted the HC2, maybe this will help.

Anyone has the same experience? I don't trust the system anymore

Hi All

Yes I had a fire warning from a sensor connected to Universal sensor in my shed 2 days ago. when I looked the sensor was at 6.2 deg C. I was on 3.590 then.

A bit strange that.

I run on battery but the sensors are a month old.

Krikroff: my sensor did not beep when the alarm was given

After is restarted the HC2 i didn't get that error again, but it is just 2 days later now, before it was running 22 days

Yesterday one of my smoke sensors beep just one time, it was not the same sensor as in my post before.

Is there a log where i can see why the sensor beeped?

you can check in event panel if there was a "alarm" if not there is three possibility

    1) battery alarm - beep every 30min 1 time beep

    2) sensor was unable do communicate with hc2 and he was send a no connection alarm

    3) that was a chamber alert

to be sure you will need observer that sensor, look on led and how many beeps was
