open TCP socket

Hi:

I'm trying to integrate a DSC Alarm panel with a Envisalink 3 interface.

The first thing to do is to open a TCP Socket.

in terminal I type nc -C 192.168.1.136 4025

Where 192.168.1.136 is the internal address of Envisalink 3 interface and 4025 is the port that the device listens for TCP connections.

In terminal it works fine. How can I do that from HC2?
