Delayed actions in scenes

Hello

I'm using iTachFlex with HCL , i made a WATCH TV scene that switches on 3 of my virtual devices , TV , DENON AVR AND DREAMBOX , problem is i can't set the action delays , since they IR devices i should wait at least 2 seconds between each action in order for this to work but i added 3 seconds delay in the red box in the scene editor but it doesn't work , all actions triggered at one .

Any help with that ?

Add 3,6,9 seconds delay for each red box of virtual device button in scene.

now i get it , the delay is from the time the scene starts , i thought the delay is from the previous or next action
